They can't find any alternative premises for the radio station at a price they can afford and it looks as though they will have to leave their current premises within the next few months, as their landlord is developing the building into flats. Resource Centre Closure Threat Plans to turn the old chapel on York road are under threat unless community groups come forward who are willing to use the facilities. 0145	Vixen 87 Desperately Needs New Premises Having been recently let down Vixen 87 need somewhere to rent in Market Weighton for about £200 per month, for at least 6 years. An old flat to renovate would suffice, or 4 rooms about 150 feet square with access to a toilet, and somewhere to make the tea would do, but they have to sign a tenancy agreement within the next week or so to secure the grant.Please click the link if you can help. 0144	Vixen 87 obtains a full time community radio licence. Controversial plans to to convert part of the Londesborough Arms into flats have been rejected. Plans to to convert part of the Londesborough Arms into flats have been rejected by the East Riding of Yorkshire council's planning committee.
