Will the King's reign come to an end this year?

Local Councillors will elect their Mayor for the year 2002/2003 in April, and the annual Mayor Making will be held during May.

Councillor Stephen King has served as Mayor for over 10 years and many local residents would like to see a change.

Will there be a challenger, will we see a new occupier of this important office, will the King's reign come to an end?
