WARP assure immediate future of the Local Producers Market

Following a recent meeting of the Town Council attended by members of Market Weighton Area Business Ltd and Cllr Andy Burton (WARP Ltd), the immediate future of the local producers' market is assured thanks to a generous offer from WARP Ltd to fund the market rentals for the 2005/2006 financial year - including the arrears of £700 that had accrued following the reluctance of the Market Weighton Area Business Ltd to pay the contracted amount of £100 each month.
