Free Bus Service for Town's Shoppers

A free bus service has been launched to take shoppers from the town centre to their homes, on Tuesday afternoons and Friday Mornings.

The bus service has been provided on a three months trial by Mi TOWN (a scheme from Humber and Wolds Rural Community Council and Yorkshire Forward), Market Weighton Town Council and the High Wolds Community Bus Association.

The buses are scheduled to run as follows:

On Tuesdays:
from Nettos at 4:00 pm
Car Park - Londesborough Road at 4:10 pm
Library at 4:20 pm

On Fridays:
Nettos at 11:30 am
Car Park - Londesborough Road at 11:40 am
