Important Changes to the 'Round the Houses' Bus Service.

The Round the Houses Minibus Service is changing from a “take you home” to a Dial a Ride Service from Friday 18th November, picking up from your home and taking to Market Weighton town centre.

Pick up will be at 10.00 am and take home at 11.30 am on Friday mornings only.

Please phone 08456 445949 (local rate call) between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm to arrange to be picked up, but not later than 4.00 pm on the day before you travel.

The last trip for the Market Weighton swimming bus to Goole took place on Saturday 5th November, as its three month trial period came to an end. On its previous two trips between 20 and 25 people used the bus. The town council will be considering whether to extend the service.
