Another Housing Estate ?

Re-Development of Britcom Site to include 59 dwellings.

The Britcom International business will soon be moving to new premises on York Road releasing the current site, on the corner of Sancton Road and the A1079 Market Weighton by-pass, for redevelopment.

A planning application has been submitted to East Riding of Yorkshire Council for 'Erection of residential development comprising of 59 No. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom dwellings with associated garages and parking, by Persimmon Homes.  The application decision is currently pending.
