The Market Weighton School seeks new Head Teacher

John Wilson, the head of The Market Weighton School in Spring Road for the last 9 years, is leaving for pastures new.  He has taken up the post of head of Bridlington School Sports College, following a 2 month temporary appointment.  John has steered the school through many years of progress, achieving outstanding examination results, and a recent very good Osfted report.

Mary McCorry is taking over as the acting head of the school, pending the appointment of a new head teacher.
