Vixen 87 - A Further Appeal for New Premises

Following Vixen 87's appeal for new premises their situation has now become critical. They can't find any alternative premises for the radio station at a price they can afford and it looks as though they will have to leave their current premises within the next few months, as their landlord is developing the building into flats. Consequently they are again appealing to property owners in the Market Weighton Area to come to their help.

Market Weighton Needs Vixen 87 - Please Help If You Can

Vixen 87 has, as you'll know by now been given the go-ahead to provide a permanent radio service to the area from next year.  To do this we need to move to bigger premises.  We have also been awarded a Community Intervention Chest grant of £4,975 to construct additional facilities to comply with the terms of the licence, but this has to be spent by 31st March this year or we lose it.

We had somewhere to move to, but the owners have messed us about, and this is now unlikely to happen.

Therefore, we DESPERATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DESPERATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! need somewhere to rent in Market Weighton for about £200 per month, for at least 6 years.  An old flat to renovate would suffice, or 4 rooms about 150 feet square with access to a toilet, and somewhere to make the tea would do, but we've got to sign a tenancy agreement within the next week or so to secure the grant.   If you have any ideas, please let us know a.s.a.p. as we are now in dire danger of losing this vital funding.
